Cor, he was a bit good at Glasto, wasn’t he? Even when he was playing the songs you needed a degree in Sirpaulology to recognise, he was pretty damn good. Even when he was explaining how Jimi Hendrix learned the intro to Sgt. Pepper, overnight, by ear, he was still, despite his delivery failing to carry across the humongous crowd, still pretty damn amazing.
